- **Great starter set for new habits.** For families beginning to prioritize nutrition, this kit creates a simple, repeatable routine instead of a complicated plan.

1. In the morning or after school, shake and open a Kids Protein Smoothie Pouch and serve it to a seated, supervised child.
2. Offer the Kids Plus Multi & Fiber according to the package directions as part of your family’s daily routine.
3. Refrigerate any opened smoothie pouch within one hour and use within 24 hours for best quality.

Good product, minor issues

Overall I'm happy with this purchase. It does what it's supposed to do and the quality is good. Only giving 4 stars because the instructions could be clearer, but once I figured it out, everything worked perfectly.
